We have 2 rooms available from the 26th October in a lovely chorlton house. We're 2 minutes from the tram as well as lots of food places and bars.
They are £512 and £518 and fully furnished. Photos were taken when we first moved in so a little bare but the house is full of art and plants now ! We've got a gorgeous kitchen which is great for cooking with mates and a garden that gets the sun in summer. There's a basement you can store stuff in. Its a 4 bed house and bills are about £70-80.
We're 25/26 and looking for people who are friendly, happy to chat and who respect the place. We moved to Manchester in the last two years and love all there is to do here (especially in south manchester) so be great to share it !
