Gorgeous home in Chorlton!

Hey !

We’re Charl and Annie, both young professionals who are looking for a new housemate to join us in our beautiful home of 4 & a half years in Chorlton.

Our best friend just moved out & we have a lovely room available. The room is a double and comes unfurnished.

We are tidy and respectful housemates (this extends to the upkeep of the garden in the warmer months!). We’ve worked hard to create a homely environment filled with all the things we love & it’s important to us that the our new housemate is like minded - respectful & tidy!

I’m an EA at a humanitarian charity & Annie is a PHD student / teaching assistant. I work from home once a week & Annie 3x a week.

We’re keen activists and are politically engaged. We enjoy cooking together, having friends over, thrifting, going out for meals and drinks, visiting galleries/exhibitions & attending protests. We also love a cheeky glass of wine at Ad Hoc/Flawd!

The house is the perfect location in Chorlton - an 8 min walk from Morrison’s/the tram and directly opposite Unicorn. We’re also close to The Barbican/Beagle/Mary & Archies. The council tax is Band B - the bills are not included with the rent & are approx. £120pm.
