There are two bedrooms - one is mine and the other is for the new potential house mate. With an additional spare room for guests/study/reading/drying room

A bit about me:

I work as a doctor within GP/A&E. Easy going, spend my time either seeing friends, bouldering, heading to gigs or playing racquet sports. I enjoy cooking and would be down for the occassional meal share

I’m looking for a house mate who is also easy going, tidy, sociable whilst also able to respect down time. Not looking for a party house.

Availability:

I let on a monthly basis, with no minimum or fixed term, no fees and you could stay as long as you want provided we get on. One month notice required. Deposit up front and rent to be paid in advance at the beginning of each month.

I am currently off work for the next couple of weeks due to an injury and so will be around both during the week and weekends for viewings.
