Double Bedroom - Chorlton - Relaxed and Sociable

Hello hello,

Welcome to our lovely house share in Chorlton. A house that you can hopefully call a home.

Looking for a fun, empathetic and friendly housemate who likes to socialise from going to pubs/hiking, watching live gigs to cooking meals, playing music and watching entertaining TV. The list could go on! While it's not a party house by any means, we want to make fun memories with those we live with and make it feel like a proper home. Obviously everyone has their own lives and can be busy/do their own thing but it's still nice to have someone to chat and hang around with at the end of a busy day.

We have a double room available from the 1st June as our lovely flatmate John is leaving.

I'm Rae, 36 and currently working as a digital studio support worker but also sing/part of a amateur theatre group and Sammy is 29 and works at a local charity and loves all things cooking.

Looking for those of a similar age who can keep the house nice and tidy, can chip in with those daily chores like putting out weekly bins, filling up and unloading dishwasher etc and generally just being a chilled and considerate house mate.

It will be £470 for rent without bills which are around £180 extra at present. This can sometimes fluxuate, but you will always be kept in the loop and we have a house account to keep it straight-forward. Bedroom is on same level as the bathroom which is just shared with Sammy as the top room has an en-suite.

We are in a great location with the jazzy beech road just down the road, including bars, restaurants, shops and a local co-op. We also have a large Morrisons and Chorlton tram stop about 10 minute walk away. There is also bus stops/routes to city centre too.

There is parking on the street, although it can be get full/busy but usually you can find something along the road.

The landlord is great and always is on hand if any issues arise.
