We have a room available from 1st January - 16th July in our 4 bed house in Chorlton.
(There will most likely be an opportunity to sign for another 6 months to a year once this tenancy ends.)
The house is in a great location, just off Willbraham Road behind the Co-op.
The room is on the 3rd floor and is a really good size. It comes with all furniture except from the bed, so you would need to bring your own.
The house itself is huge, the living space and kitchen are really big. Bathroom is shared between 2 others, but there are 2 other toilets in the house to use (one downstairs and one in the basement).
Female/nb is preferred as we are 3 girls already :)
We would also prefer 27+ as we are two 33 yo and a 43 yo currently.
