Double Room in Friendly Chorlton House

Looking for two long term flatmates to take over the lease from the start of May. The current resident is Finn, a 27-year-old fishmonger who enjoys hanging out, chatting shit, chilling, cooking etc. He’s also currently growing some beans, lettuces and herbs in the garden, so perfect if you’re green-fingered!

The rooms currently available are my room, and another flatmate’s room. Mine is the largest of the three rooms, with loads of light coming from the two big windows. There is a wardrobe, a desk, and a chest of drawers in there besides the bed. The room came with a second wardrobe, but I deconstructed it (who needs two wardrobes???) but I can put it up again if required. This room is £560 per month.

The second room is also a double, with a huge south-facing window (perfect for plants). This room is £520 per month.

Full rent is £1500 per month, and the deposit is one month of rent (3x £500)

Finn generally works weekends and some weekdays. He’s a big music guy, and as such does not have an issue with noise. However, this goes both ways! He may be loud sometimes, he plays guitar and sings (really well - it’s not wonderwall kind of stuff!), and he also likes having friends over.

We're looking for friendly, mostly tidy (not expecting perfection) people with a bit of chat in them.

For additional context, this ad was up previously just for subletting one room, as only I was going to be leaving the property. However, a second housemate has decided to leave at the same time as me, and as such the advertisement is now for two rooms!
