Double room in spacious Chorlton flat

Looking for a nice person to take over this good sized double room right in Chorlton centre as my lovely flatmate is sadly moving to Glasgow !

The room comes with a double bed, huge wardrobe, and big mirror. The flat is lovely and in a perfect location - 4 mins from Chorlton tram stop, 85/86 bus route, and big Morrisons/Chorlton shops🥰

Deposit would be £625 and bills are around £150pp a month (energy £70, wifi £13, water ~£15, council tax £60). There’s a small chance of a rent increase this year but hopefully not as it hasn’t been raised for a few years now🤞

As for me I’m a 24 year old working in public sector in town, i work from home three days a week but happy to share space etc. I love meeting people and going out but also rlly enjoy board games, reading, art etc :)) I do often like having friends over / come to stay for a weekend so you’d also be very welcome to do so! otherwise open to anyone friendly / chill with mutual interests as a bonus🫶
