Hiya! We are 3 young professionals looking for someone to share our 4 bed house in Chorlton!
Current housemate is moving out due to moving in with partner and we need a young professional to move in (unfortunately the landlord won’t accept students). The house is situated in Chorlton and is less than a 5 minute walk to the tram stop and bus stop making it so easy to get into town.
We are looking for a friendly girl who shares similar interests and want to be social in the house, not people who will be strangers in their bedroom. We are all friends and hang out a lot whether that be going out to bars/clubs or cosy nights in watching tv.
We work 9-5 during the week, including office and hybrid.
Feel free to bring your friends round and make this house your home <3
All rooms are £570 excluding bills and with bills it comes around to £680 (energy, water, Wi-Fi, council tax).
