We have a lovely large double room available in our cosy house share in Chorlton/Whalley Range. All bills are included in the rent, the contract is a 6 month rolling contract.
The current household is Ayesha, a mechanical engineer and Alice, a psychotherapist. We like socialising as a house and making meals, going for drinks, watching TV or just hanging out around the house chatting, so we’d be looking for someone who is up for that! We also respect each others private space and the house is definitely large enough to accommodate that!
The house is beautifully decorated and really well looked after so we’d be looking for someone who is clean and tidy and respectful of the communal spaces too.
