Double bed room in the centre of Chorlton 🏳️‍🌈

Hello, we are George and Ylana, our third house mate Amy is moving out to live with her girlfriend at the end of September so we are looking for someone to fill her room from the 1st October. It’s a house split into 3 flats, we have the ground floor and basement space. Within our flat we have 2 bathrooms and our own kitchen and living space. We share a spacious garden with the two flats up stairs. It’s on street parking and both of us have our own cars.
The room we’re looking to fill is one of the basement rooms, with a double bed, bedside table, drawers, wardrobe and storage space. And, although it’s a basement room it does still have a window so some natural light gets in.
The room is £500 + bills, the application will go through the letting agents, they deal with the references and deposit etc.

George - I’m 27, from Manchester originally but lived around chorlton for the past 3 years. I work at a pub in chorlton at the weekend and then work with adults with autism during the week. I enjoy reading, crafting, cooking, hiking, concerts, queer nights, cinema, pubs and especially charity shopping.
I’m the only smoker in the house…

Ylana- I’m Ylana, I’m 25 and originally from down South but moved to Manchester 3 years ago and have lived in this house for 2 years. I’m a pharmacist working in Mental Health and I love cooking and baking treats for the house, theatre, comedy, music and I very much love the pub.

We are ideally looking for another female/queer housemate of a similar age. We both enjoy social time as a house as well as our own spaces. We are a tidy house and like to keep the place looking nice, particularly the communal areas! We are right in the middle of chorlton, next to Morrisons and the tram stop/bus stops.
