Lovely small double room in chorlton

Looking for a female person to take over the third room in our quiet house. Current roommate is moving out and we’re looking to stay in the house and renew the lease mid September (ideally!). Current housemates are 2x 28 year olds trainee solicitor and cocktail bartender. I’m out the house 9-5 at least 3 days a week, and other roommate works most afternoon and evenings. House has lovely garden, down a quiet street, just off Beech Road with lots of bars shops and restaurants, close to Chorlton water park if you like walks and running. 15min walk from the tram stop, approx 30min door to door to be in the middle of town. Looking for someone chilled, clean, up for being friends, likes to have a chat and occasional pub trip but also happy to do their own thing. Bills approx £200pcm. More pics to come!
