Large double bedroom in Chorlton

Seeking a fabulous new housemate to move into a sexy 2 bed, 1 bathroom, enormous living room flat in Chorlton with a shared garden, situated right in the centre (near all the thousands of bars, charity shops and restaurants). I’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s the perfect location! LGBTQA+ & POC friendly household (this seems like it should be a given but weirdos still exist) but sadly no pets as we have been told off for having a cat before. Bills are split evenly and aren’t too high - would be around £180 each for council tax, broadband, gas, electric and water. Social house but also like cleanliness and quiet times.
