Beautiful, spacious room in house in Chorlton

We have a spacious, king-size bedroom with heaps of storage available in our cozy 2-bed terraced house. If you love green space and a great neighborhood, the location is ideal—just a 5-minute stroll to Beech Road, 15 minutes to the tram and supermarkets, and there’s always plenty of free on-street parking

The house itself has a lot of character and backs right onto the peaceful Ivy Green allotments and Sale Water Park.
Downstairs, there’s a cosy living room, a sdining room, bathroom, kitchen and a sweet little garden 🌿 Up top, there’s a converted loft space that works brilliantly as a WFH office, snug, or spare room. We also share a lush neighborhood ginnel out back with our row of neighbours, looking out onto the allotments, which is a lovely spot to sit out in the summer ☀️

You’ll be sharing with me and Reed, my friendly, very independent 3 year old cat 🐱 I’m a 30-year-old working professional who works around 20% of the time from home. I'm definitely a bit of a busy bee—usually out and about with work, yoga, seeing friends or heading off in my campervan for weekend trips —so you'll get plenty of your own space too! That said, I love coming home to a warm, clean, and comfortable home. I really value cozy downtime with a housemate, whether that’s sharing a chat over dinner, a glass of wine, or a low-key evening in 🍷✨

Bills & Council Tax: Council Tax is Band B (£73/month per person). I’m happy to share exact breakdowns for WiFi and energy bills when we chat.

Move-in Date: From 1st Sept!

Furnishings: The rest of the house is fully furnished. The bedroom currently has my housemate’s furniture—she’s keen to sell it on if you'd like a ready-to-go room, but there’s no pressure if you prefer to bring your own!
