Beautiful, spacious kingsize bedroom, with plenty of storage in a 2 bedroom terraced house. Incredible location 5 min walk from Beech road and 15 min walk from tram stop and supermarket. Plenty of free on street parking. The house backs onto allotments and loads of green space. There is a living room, dining room, small garden as well as a converted loft space that acts as a spare room / snug / office space (ideal for people who work from home). We also share with our row of neighbours a ginnel (outside space) that backs onto the allotments and is beautiful to sit out in summer. I also have a gorgeous, very independent, friendly cat called Reed. You will be sharing the house with me, also a tenant! I'm 29 and a working professional that doesn't work from home. I love a house that feels warm and cosy and would love to share this space with someone like-minded. I enjoy cooking, music, yoga, running, cycling, and going out in my campervan for outdoor adventures. I love to socialise and have friends over for dinner parties and for the house to feel a welcome space.
