Lovely cheap Chorlton flat

Hi!

I'm looking for a replacement tenant to move in with my 3 flatmates, Becca, Niamh and Jack, starting from the 17th Oct.

Super cheap rent at £275/month and with bills it's about £400 in total. Loads of space in the flat, shared living room and massive kitchen, big landing for extra storage and drying washing too. If you have household accessories feel free to make the place your own!!

We're very chilled and all have our own lives outside the flat but like watching TV and chilling together in the living room. Mixture of working from home and in office working. Ideally we’d like someone that is either full time in the office or a mix of in office and at home. We share a lot of kitchen utensils but if you want to use your own that's fine. Toilet and bath with decent shower in separate rooms which is good when someone is in the shower. I'll upload some more pictures soon.

Lovely spacious bright room with comfy double bed, and other furnishings, 2 windows and a big radiator too!

The flat is between Chorlton and Firswood met stops, and the 86 bus runs right outside the flat with the 85 bus stop not too far. Right next to Unicorn with Tesco and Morrisons not too far. On street parking always available right outside the flat.

You'll be signing a new contract starting when you move in. Unsure how long the new contract will be (6-12months - LL is usually flexible) and rent doesn't tend to increase too much when it has in the past (only + £25 in about 7 years!).
