Room in cosy Chorlton terrace

Hi,

I am going travelling for 7 weeks (29th October to 14th December) and looking to sublet my room. Ideal for someone moving to Manchester or needing temporary accommodation in a lovely house share.

The house is a large Victorian terrace just behind the coop near Beech road. It's super central, only a 5 minute walk to the metrolink.

About the house:
- My room is a large, bright double room, fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, clothes rail and desk and plenty of storage space.
- We have a large spacious living room.
- A lovely hosting kitchen with an island, large table, two sinks, dishwasher, microwave etc.
- There's a toilet/bath/shower on the middle floor, and a toilet/bath/shower on the top floor.
- The house is split over 3 floors with a large basement where you can store a bike etc. if you have one.
- We have a nice garden with a bbq, fire pit etc, so loads of outdoor space.

The housemates you’d be joining are two guys and a girl aged 27-31. All work full time and split their time between the office and home. They are a social bunch so it would be nice to find someone on a similar vibe.
