Room to rent in Chorlton with laid back gals, just off Barlow Moor Road.
We're looking to fill a room in our home in a great location!
We’re Lucy, 35 and Lynsey 34. We have a bedroom in our lovely little house available now.
We both work a lot, Lucy is an occupational therapist and Lynsey works at Salford Uni and are out working full time most days.
We are busy with our own lives but sometimes like to hang out and do stuff together. We are super chill, tidy and friendly, and looking for a 3rd housemate who will compliment the relaxed atmosphere in the house – we’d totally be down to hang out some evenings with a glass of wine and watch some trashy TV or go to a pub quiz etc 😊
The bedroom is partly furnished but does need a bed and including bills will cost approx £620 per month.
We can't have pets as it's not in our contract but we do regularly pet sit and love a furry friend visiting so if you're not into dogs or cats then maybe not the house for you!
The house is based just off Barlow moor road a couple mins walk from the likes of Double Zero and Strangebrew, and the famous Beech Road is very close by too!
It’s a 7 minute walk from the tram and has very good transport links into the city, as well as free parking on the street.
