Big upper floor space - including room and bathroom (plus lots of space in house to have separate working/office space!) in a very roomy victorian house with friendly housemates!

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, and plenty of floor space. Given the fact that it is a room on the upper floor, the ceiling is slanted but has sky light windows with blackout blinds.

You will also have your own bathroom with a shower, sink and bath right next to your room.

On your floor is a storage space that you will have access to and is shared by all housemates as well as an additional space that is currently being used as an office.

House is Whalley Range side of Chorlton. Space for 2 cars on drive and always space to park on the road (without having to parallel park). 2/3 housemates already have cars.

BILLS:
We each have a bill in our name for water, electric, and wifi so you'll just need to set up a couple of standing orders to us- collectively bills add up to around £80 each per month.

HOUSEMATES:
You’ll be sharing the house with three sociable, clean housemates who are looking forward to being joined by a new face! We try and do things together as a house like go out for a drink or dinner, and occasionally have friends round (but mostly play monopoly deal). We enjoy a laugh and hope you do too!
