Spacious Rooms in Chorlton House Share

Hello!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely four-bed house share in Chorlton.

The room available is very spacious and comes with an ensuite bathroom and shower. It’s fully furnished, apart from the desk, chair, and a couple of other bits.

The house itself is generously sized and located just a few minutes from Longford Park. The kitchen is much bigger than the photos suggest and comes with a very handy dishwasher.

Our living room has two sofas, plenty of space to store bikes and dry clothes, and a wall-mounted TV ~ perfect for cosy movie nights. The living room opens onto the garden, which is great for having friends round and really comes into its own in summertime.

We’re a sociable house with a friendly vibe, and we’d love to keep that going. We enjoy spontaneous pints, strolls in the Peaks, and chilled nights watching TV. We’re all young professionals, so we’re looking for a future housemate who’s also respectful and considerate of others. We’re all vegetarian (although you don’t have to be!) and we all help with house chores.

The rent figure doesn’t include bills (typically around £120–£150 per month). Council tax band C. Our landlord is very decent and quick to fix things. There’s also plenty of parking on our street.

We’ll be doing viewings from the 18th of May.
