Cosy Double in Chorlton Houseshare

We have a cosy double room available in our Chorlton home.

The house is spacious with lots of character and feels really homely - there's a sunny south facing garden, lounge and an open plan kitchen/dining room. A spare room's available in the attic which is handy for storage and there are two bathrooms, one upstairs with a bath/shower and a downstairs loo in the utility room.

The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe etc. There are big, double glazed sash windows which makes the room cosy and light in the winter months and lovely in the summer.

We think the location is great - opposite Morrisons and the tram and bus stops, and close to all the local bars and restaurants that Chorlton has to offer! There's on street parking and our landlords are really friendly and approachable.

You'd be sharing with three other young professional women, Holly, Rose and Mia, aged 31-34. Holly works in marketing and events, Rose is in the arts and Mia works in research for a PR agency.

We're looking for another professional person (woman/non-binary) of a similar age to us. We’re a sociable house and like catching up with each other, whether that's when we're cooking dinner, watching TV together, the occasional pint round Chorlton or big walks on a Sunday.

As well as spending time together, we’re all lucky to have strong networks in the city and enjoy doing our own thing too. We met through the house and have become good pals so it would be great to find someone who's looking to do the same.

The house is our place we call home, so we're looking for someone who feels the same way and looks after it as much as we do. We love it with all it's quirks and it's always a nice place to come home to.

The rent is £570 a month all in, with a £570 deposit as well. The room is becoming available as our current fourth housemate is moving back to Australia before Christmas, so we’d be looking for the new person to move in from around the 3rd December.

We're looking for someone who wants a long-term rent, no smoking in the house and no pets.
