Hey hey!

We’re looking for two new housemates to join us here in sunny Chorlton! The house is only a 5-minute walk to Beech Road - home to all the best independent shops, restaurants and bars. There’s also the beautiful Ivy Green walking trail right behind the house!

It's a new house share, but not new to living together! I’m Ben (35) and work as a UX Executive for an eCommerce brand, and Michelle (32) is a Speech and Language Therapist at the local hospital. We lived together previously & become good mates but having to move due to our existing landlord selling, so we're setting up a new share again!

A bit about us:

I love the outdoors, running, and anything tech-related - and I work from home full time.

Michelle enjoys long walks, good food, and a drinks with friends.

We’re both friendly, easy-going people who love meeting new people and would like to find housemates who’ll become friends and not just housemates!

We move in on 8th November, and both rooms will be available from 10th November. The house is owned by a private landlord who is lovely and really easy to deal with.

Bedroom 1 – £510/month
King-size bed
Wardrobe and chest of drawers

Bedroom 2 – £460/month
Double bed
(This room is slightly smaller, so we’ve adjusted the price. There's a double bed in here now and the desk has been removed)

💡 The Details

Bills: around £110-120/month (covers council tax band B, gas, electric, water & internet)

Deposit: £562.50 (returned when you leave)

Tenancy: minimum term 6 months & then monthly rolling

Checks: credit check, plus two references (previous landlord & other)

You’ll be officially added to the tenancy by the landlord

We're in the process of buying a few more bits for the house including a sofa! If you have furniture, please feel free to bring it with you! We’ll be updating the photos shortly once we’ve moved in!
