We are looking for someone to complete this 3 bed house share in Chorlton. The room will be available to move in on the 1 Dec.
The room is a double and furnished and you are free to bring your own furnishings if you want. It has the garden as a view. You won’t hear any street noise, so a good night’s sleep should be on the cards!

The house has a lot of ‘character’ and homely, so if modern is more your thing, this may not be for you. We keep communal spaces clean and tidy, and ideally we would be looking for someone like minded to share, however, we are not anal and want our new housemate to feel at home. The house is about 30 seconds from Unicorn and 1 min from Barbakan and about 5 mins walk to Chorlton tram stop.

We are looking for a female who is friendly, clean and considerate. You would be sharing with Naomi and Reah.

This is not a party house so please take this into consideration when messaging. Would be great to find a like minded housemate and socialise when we can and equally respectful of people’s space and ‘alone time’ too.

Rent is £360 per month and with bills on top it comes to around £460 per month (this will probably be less during the summer months).
