The room is situated on our upper floor, which will be entirely for your use, offering a high level of privacy and comfort throughout your stay.
*Communal Living and Amenities*:
You'll have access to our lovely communal areas, including the:
• Kitchen/Dining Room with access to a washing machine
• Living Room
• Large Back Garden (perfect for any fellow green thumbs!)
We have plenty of on-street parking available. For more protected keeping, we can also offer a parking space on our drive.
*Contract and Logistics*:
The rent is £750 per calendar month, and this price is inclusive of all bills*.
We are flexible and can offer short or long-term tenancy contracts.
We can provide fixed-term lodging agreements with options to switching to rolling periodic contracts.
Flexible deposit options are available.

We have a preference for a female lodger as we are an all female household.
We are open to considering tenants with pets but this is dependent on compatability with our home and existing pets.
