Lovely room in central Chorlton

This lovely room in the centre of Chorlton is available for 1-2months in January and February 2026. £200pw, bills included. Just letting the room out whilst I go away! It’s in a beautiful house on a quiet residential street, with plenty of parking, two minutes walk to Chorlton high street and Unicorn grocery store. Buses are this close on the main road and two tram stops are both ten minute walks away, so great links into Manchester city centre.

The room is spacious with a double bed, desk space for working from home, and a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house has a spacious open plan kitchen and living room, and a garden with a decking. There’s a drive with space for one car, and plenty of on-street parking too.

There’s also three lovely guys living in this house share, who work full-time and are sociable - but not too loud. The kitchen is a shared space, and the bathroom is shared with one other. We keep it pretty clean! All kitchen equipment and utilities are provided, and shared. There’s a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.

Looking for someone easy-going who wants to stay in Chorlton for up to a couple months, timings are flexible. If you’re interested or have any questions just let me know!
