1 room available short term

I all, I have a cheap, small bedroom available on short term basis. Space used efficiently with bunk to allow space for desk, chest of drawers, and shelving. Perfect for professionals between spaces.

The flat is less than 5 minutes from Chorlton tram stop and bus stops. Ideally looking for someone clean, professional, but also laid back and wouldn't mind me coming home late some nights. If you're interested, I'm a climber and go on trips regularly, I run, and work from home most of the week.

Cheap cost is because the room is small and I am currently painting the flat and working on small home improvements. In the future the whole flat will be available to rent.
