I’m travelling to Australia for 6 weeks and looking for someone to sublet my room.
*THE ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL 10th JANUARY*
The flat is 1 min away from The Spread Eagle/Lloyd’s pub and just a few minutes from central Chorlton. Transport links are great with buses and the tram less than a 10 minute walk away.
I live in a 2 bed flat with a kitchen/dining room, bathroom and garden available communally.
We have an elderly cat but he is super friendly and gets very tired so isn’t very active.
The room you would be staying in has a large TV and wifi included. I also have a desk and desk chair that I use to work from home in the kitchen/dining room, this is fully adjustable.
Preference would be a gal/gay/they, as requested by my flatmate who is a lovely 28 y/o gal, she works full time at a vets so won’t be around loads but she’s very friendly!
