All bills included in price. The flat is ground floor. It has a door access to the yard from both bedrooms. It has two bathrooms and the occupant will have the larger bathroom opposite the bedroom. I am looking for someone quiet, no parties, and is happy to keep themselves to themselves. I spend time in the flat but I’m also a quiet person. It is 2 mins walk to Beech Road. It’s really lovely round here! And there is on street parking or parking round the back of the building. I am the only other tenant.
