I'm Simon, one of the house mates.

Professional household, all in full time work, everyone over the age of 25.

Two males and one female

Rent is £390 a month, including in the rent:

Rent
Council tax
Water

Payable to the landlord, your rent day would be the day you move in. Full-time employee

Bills paid separately to me:
gas/electricity
TV licence
250 Virgin broadband

Roughly £60 to £70 a month, payable on the 27th of each month to me.

Non smokers preferred

We are mostly trying to make it 2 boys 2 girls so the house is a 50/50 mix

But the right person regardless of sex would still get the room.

x2 months rent upfront = £780, £390 returned on leaving.
