I have a large 2 bedroom flat in the heart of Chorlton, only 5mins walk to Beech Rd and the tram stop.

If you are not familiar with the area it is a beautiful, green, residential part of Manchester. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, and it is only a 15min tram ride into central.

The room is spacious, comes with furniture, and you are welcome to bring along any of your own things.

The living area is large and open plan and feels very homely.

I am offering two options. Either a full time flat mate at £600 plus bills, or would also consider offering mid-week rentals at a discount to this price.

I am friendly, outgoing and a courteous flatmate. I love sports and travel and plan to frequently be in Europe for a few weeks at a time. I would love to socialise with a flatmate but also happy to have time to myself.

My ideal flatmate would be someone of similar age, interests and also living a busy life.
