Double room in central Chorlton

A spacious double room available to rent in the heart of Chorlton, Only a 5 minute walk to Chorlton tram, Around the corner from Beech Road and close to the nature reserve by the Mersey. It's a great central location.
The flat is a colourful space on the top floor of a small apartment block, I have lived here 3 years and love it here. As I've lived here so long the flat is fully furnished, including the room for rent (Double bed, wardrobe, cabinet). I love a change around so if someone did have some items of furniture they wanted to add to the collection, the more the merrier. I have acquired some cool vintage pieces over the years so a lover of second hand MCM furniture would fit right in.
The room has a very tiny balcony off the side, there is one bathroom and shared kitchen and living room.
I am going to chat to the landlord about repainting the room a brighter colour, as my current flatmate has mentioned that it can get very dark in there, however if that's you vibe, then the dark walls can stay.

I am ideally looking for a like-minded flatmate, who likes chill nights in, trips to the local bar for a few wines, and a low stress home environment, as my job is quite hectic and I can end up working long days so I like to come home and unwind. I'm by no means a neat freak but I do like to keep the flat tidy and clean and would hope the my flatmate would chip in and help with keeping the communal spaces clean.
Bills are not included in the rent and all bills and rent are split 50/50, bills are £160.00 per month, which includes internet, electric, water and council tax.
