Double room in Chorlton

We are looking for a new friendly like-minded housemate/friend! We are in our mid-to-late twenties and are looking for a fellow professional that is working a 9-5 (in office) to roughly match our routines. A vegetarian woman would be the ideal fit.

Spacious double room available from the start of February.
The house is 3-bedroom. Currently a couple (male and female) in one room and a male in the other room.

We are a friendly hippie bunch who have work and hobbies during the week so tend to be fairly busy. But on the weekends we are very social always seeing our friends. In general we are into our healthy and wholesome hobbies.

The house in general is spacious, cozy and well-decorated. With the help of my girlfriend and friends I have done the house up myself. As you can see from the photos I havent done as much work on the bathroom but it is functional and clean. We have a lovely huge back garden which is great in the summer.

Local neighbourhood:
-Coop (2 mins walk) and Tesco and M&S (10 mins walk)
-Chorlton park (3 mins walk)
-Chorlton water park (10 mins walk)
-Sale water park (8 mins cycle)
-Chorlton centre (20 mins walk/5 min cycle/two stops on the tram)

Transport:
-Barlow Moor Road tram stop is a 2 mins walk away from the house. It has regular trams into city centre (~18 min journey) and regular trams the other way to Wythenshawe Hospital and Manchester Airport.
-Bus stop is 3 mins walk away. Buses include 85, 85A, 86, 87, 25 and 23.
-6 min drive to M60 (we have plenty of on street parking outside the house)

The bills aren’t included in rent but between the 4 of us ends up being £80 each. The council tax band is band A (the cheapest one!)
