Double sized basement room, Central Chorlton

Hello, we’re looking for a new tenant for our flat.
It’s a house split into 3 flats, we have the ground floor and basement space. Within our flat we have 2 bathrooms and our own kitchen and living space. We share a spacious garden with the two flats up stairs. It’s on street parking.
The room we’re looking to fill is one of the basement rooms, with a double bed, bedside table, drawers, wardrobe and storage space.
The room is £565 + bills (max would be £150), the application will go through the letting agents, they deal with the references and deposit etc.
The room is available due to someone else having do drop out due to personal reasons, so we’re looking for someone who’s available to move in fairly soon.

George is 27, she works Mon-Fri as a support worker, and also works the weekends at a pub in chorlton

Alex is 30, he is doing his PhD in Geology, and also works as chef.

Both enjoy going out for drinks, reading, walking, crafting, cinema and gigs

We are ideally looking for someone of a similar age, male or female welcome. We both enjoy social time as a house as well as our own spaces. We’d like both like having clean spaces, and having things tidy. We are right in the middle of chorlton, next to Morrisons and the tram stop/bus stops.
