Two double rooms available in a houseshare on the outskirts of Chorlton in a spacious semi-detached house with lots of storage

Master bedroom available has built in wardrobe and plenty of room (king-size bed frame is current tenant's but a double frame can be provided)
Smaller room has plenty of lighting and space and is available partially furnished (double bed frame). Housemate is currently packing so this room will be much less cluttered for viewings.

Upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower, airing cupboard and plenty of storage space

Downstairs is the utility room with freezer and washing machine, a smaller toilet, and the kitchen with a fridge and dishwasher. There's also a spacious living room and dining room (currently being used as an Art room)

A number of the furnishings are my current housemates, so there will be plenty of space for your own furniture if you choose!

I'm 28 and work full time in a bar whilst pursuing my art on the side. I have a very well behaved and sociable cat (neutered) so new tenants must be good with animals, unfortunately though she gets quite anxious around other animals so needs to be the only pet in the property. My current housemates has decided to move out but she was previously renting both rooms so I need to find people who would be willing to take it over so that I can stay in the house. It's a really quiet area, the neighbours are older couples and families and very friendly. Good options for commuting, it's 10-15 mins walk to the nearest tram stop (Barlow moor road) and there are frequent buses within 10 mins of the place. Co-op shop nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants.

There is a garden to the front and rear of the house and two sheds for storage. Driveway and on-street parking are both available.
