I am looking for someone to replace me as I am leaving Manchester due to a new job opportunity.

The Room
An unfurnished double room available in a 2-bedroom flat located in the Barlow Moor Estate area of Chorlton and Didsbury, a very green area of Manchester- a stones throw away from Chorlton Water Park.

The room has plenty of natural light and includes a built-in storage cupboard. If required, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers can be left in the room. The room looks out onto the private garden, which you will have direct private access to.

There is also a large shed available for additional storage.

The Flat
The flat has a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom, with the bathroom including both a bath and shower. The kitchen is fitted with all white goods, kettle and toaster.

Bills are not included and usually come to around £150 per month.

The Flatmate
You’ll be living with Siah, who is a working professional and is looking for someone “chill, friendly and social, and who cherishes peace and quiet in the home.” LGBTQ+-friendly flatmate preferred.

The Tenancy
This is to replace me on an existing joint tenancy, subject to landlord approval and referencing. The landlord/agent will handle the paperwork once a suitable replacement is found.

About You
Ideally you are a working professional who is clean, considerate, friendly and able to pass standard referencing.
