Large double with en suite in Chorlton

Our flat mate is moving out so we are on the hunt to fill her room. It is the largest bedroom in the house on the top floor with an en suite.

We are two professionals, chilled in the week and sociable. We like to go to bootcamp or parkrun in the local park on Saturdays, drinks at local bars, fresh walks in the peaks. We have respect each other’s privacy and look after the house.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Lounge, separate dining room and kitchen. Back garden with decking (sun trap).

Great location, a stroll from Beech road with local pubs, cafes and bars. 10 minute walk to tram stop into town. On road parking available. Close to multiple green spaces like the river Mersey, Chorlton meadows and Ivy Green.
