Spacious double bed room available in a flat in the heart of Chorlton. 1 min walk from Chorlton tram stop, Morrisons, and charity shops. 10 minute walk from Chorlton park, beech road and lots of lovely pubs, bars, and restaurants.
The room comes with a bed and wardrobe, though I could probably leave the drawers for you if needed :) The flat has a spacious kitchen with giant south facing windows that get sun all day long year round, and a large lounge room upstairs. You will be sharing the main bathroom (the one with the bathtub) primarily with one roommate as the two roommates upstairs share the other one.
You’ll live with three lovely roommates who do an excellent job of keeping the flat clean. Bills usually come out to about 75 pounds per month (depending on usage).
