Double bedroom flat in chorlton

I’m currently living in the flat and my housemate is moving away, so I’m looking for someone to take his room and join the household. The flat is spacious and comfortable, with a large shared living room, a separate kitchen and a good-sized bathroom.

It’s located just outside central Chorlton, so it’s nice and quiet at night, but still only a three-minute walk to the bars, pubs, and shops. The tram stop and main bus routes are less than a ten-minute walk away, making it really easy to get into the city centre or around Manchester.

I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy, and easygoing — ideally someone who also enjoys the occasional trip to the pub. I work from home two to three days a week and stay at my partner’s place a couple of nights, so you’d have the flat to yourself for a few days each week.
