Cozy Flat in Chorlton - Friendly Home

Hi! I’m looking for a kind flatmate to share my lovely two-bed flat in Chorlton, just a few minutes’ walk from Beech Road, the tram stop, and lots of bus routes. The location is brilliant, close to cafés, shops, green spaces, and everything that makes Chorlton such a great place to live.

The flat has a really cosy feel, with spacious bedrooms and a generous living room that’s perfect for relaxing. I’d love this to be a proper home rather than just a place to sleep, somewhere we both feel comfortable, settled, and at ease.

A bit about me: I’m in my 30s and work from home part of the time. I enjoy baking, walking in nature, crafting, and cosy nights in watching films. I’m hoping to live with someone who’s open to being friendly and sociable, maybe sharing the odd meal, film night, or craft evening, while also respecting each other’s space and downtime.

I’m keen to create a neurodivergent-, LGBT+-, and faith-friendly home (you don’t have to be any of those things, just kind, respectful, and open-minded). I’d ideally love to live with another woman, but it’s not a strict requirement; the most important thing is a good vibe and mutual respect.
