Didsbury / Chorlton: Double room with ensuite

Didsbury / Chorlton: Double room with ensuite available mid - end of March in Didsbury. (12 minute walk to the nearest tram and bus stop outside of the flat)

I am hoping to find another girl to share with my current lovely flat mate, Sophie as I am sadly moving out due to job relocation.

I love the area, it’s 15 minute walk to West Didsbury and 15 minute walk to Chorlton. There is so much to do like nice walks, lots of brunch spots, independent shops, restaurant and wine bars around.

A bit about Sophie: she is 28 and works 2 days a week in the centre, 3 days from home. She’s into the gym, going for brunch, and the odd night out. So would be looking for someone who enjoys going for a few wines, but also a chill night at home. She has been living in the flat for 2 years with me now.

A bit about the flat / room: a fully furnished, spacious flat, with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Lots of natural light. The flat has been done to a high standard. It’s a gated complex so feels super safe and we don’t hear any noise. Outside shared grass where we sometimes sit in Summer. Opportunity to rent a car spare for an a small additional cost (approx £20), or there is free street parking.
