Looking for someone to move into Chorlton house

Hello! I’m living in a rented house in Chorlton and looking for someone to move in and join me!

There are two rooms available, my current housemate has been using one room as a bedroom and the other as an office/chill space.

This would really suit someone who works remotely a lot of the time, who would like an office, but also still wants that social interaction of not living alone.

It could however potentially be two bedrooms if two friends are looking together as well.

The rent is 1500 pcm bills and council tax not included, but they don’t bring the cost up too much more. This would either be 750 pcm between myself and another, or if negotiated three ways by room size it would be cheaper (closer to 500 pcm). One room would need a bed added however.

The house itself is huge, the downstairs is entirely open plan with big windows.

- five mins from a Co-op
- ten mins from Wilbraham road
- fifteen mins walk from Chorlton tram stop and Morrisons
- takes roughly half an hour to get into town via the tram
- fifteen mins walk from the nearest gym
- two Aldi’s are not much further away
- very quiet area
- there is a nature reserve on our road
- there is a garden (but in the summer I love walking down to the nature reserve with a blanket, some music and a book!)

The area is residential, so parking is never an issue either.

My landlord is extremely reasonable and good vibes. They’re very attentive any issue they will fix it right away. Standard stuff, you would need to pass a credit check and they’d like to meet you first.

You’d be living with meeee, I’m very chill, I can do social, I can do solo, whatever your vibe is. I’ve lived in this house for three years now. I work in TV, so I’m half work from home, half office based. I love watching movies, seeing friends, food, comedy, having a dance, going for long walks, down for hanging out but also I’m also totally conscious of people’s space.
