The house is well maintained, tidy, and fully furnished with all basic facilities including kitchen appliances, washing machine, and comfortable shared living areas. It is a quiet and respectful environment, suitable for working professionals or students.

Room 1: Single occupancy only – suitable for one person.
Room 2: Shared room – suitable for two people who are happy to share.

We prefer Muslim male tenants, ideally from Pakistan, who are clean, respectful, and responsible.

The house is kept clean and we expect tenants to help maintain a peaceful and tidy living environment.
