Currently being used as a study, but sofa, bookshelf, and desk will be removed for your arrival. Recommend a divan bed with drawers for additional storage. Double bed fits wall to wall with room for bedside table and decent floor space. Single bed will allow more space.

10 min walk to Beech Road, 15 mins to Chorlton/Stretford tram stops, close for 23, 25, 150, 85 and 86 bus routes

My former flatmate has moved out and looking for someone to replace them

Council tax band B. I am a student until at least May so you will get single person discount.

Utility bills approx £70-150 a month, depending on energy usage (cheaper in summer, more expensive in winter). I am not including council tax in those estimates.
