Double room in Chorlton

We have a lovely double room coming free as our housemate Molly is moving out.

It's a great price at £415+bills, with plenty of space for a desk to WFH and all your bits and bobs.

The house is superbly located on St. Anne's Road, round the corner from the bars and restaurants on Barlow Moor Road, super close to the end of Beech Road and a 7 minute walk to the tram.

The official move in date will be from 1st June.

Bills are around £160 per month including council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband and money towards household bits.

A bit about us:

We’re Beth and Rea - We're a sociable pair who enjoy a good mooch around a Chorlton charity shop, seeing friends and travelling when we can. We’re both fairly active and enjoy running, going to the gym and a good weekend stroll!

We're looking for somebody with similar interests and a similar age who is clean, tidy and great to get along with. We've both been in the house a while so it's our home rather than 'just' a houseshare and we'd love someone who'd like to join that. Because of that, we’re not looking for somebody who’ll only be staying a few months.
