Cosy room in a fun house, great location!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our home in Chorlton as our current housemate is moving in with his partner.

We’re two male friends working as stand up comedians, looking for someone chill, tidy and easy to live with. The house is recently refurbished with good heating, outdoor space and parking, in a great location near Unicorn, Mary & Archie’s and Smoak Coffee.

The room is a cosy double and rent is great for the area. Bills are around £120/month including most streaming services.

We both have fairly irregular self-employed schedules, so we’re looking for someone relaxed and respectful who fits the vibe. Open to all backgrounds, genders and sexualities — mainly just looking for someone we get along with.

Available from July 1st. Council Tax Band B. References required through the agency.
