Sociable young professional houseshare - 2nd room

Hello, welcome in! I'm looking for a new housemate from 31st July to replace me as I'm moving out with another friend. The current occupants are a really lovely group, we all moved in after the house was newly renovated and none of us knew each other, but all get on really well. We are looking for someone who will fit into the group dynamic and enjoys hanging out after work / on the weekends.

The room shares a bathroom with two others and gets the evening light. The location is super handy, 5 mins from the tram and loads of great places to eat and drink nearby. If you drive there is on street parking but there's not much need for a car around here :)

The kitchen has 2 hob ovens, 2 fridge freezers, and a dish washer. It's open plan with the lounge which has big window doors opening into the garden. There's a laundry room downstairs and another hang out room.
