Attic room & private bathroom in Chorlton

Hiya! We’re 3 gals - Sarah, Maddy & Denty and we’re looking for a 4th housemate to join us! Our housemate Will has got a job down in London so sadly we’re looking for someone to take over his room after 2 years of living here with Sarah & Maddy! Sarah is also due to be moving to Australia in November time, hence the 4-7months period suggested on the ad - there’s a possibility we will extend but want to be upfront about plans!

The house 🏡
We’re just off Beech Road with loads of lovely pubs, independent shops and cafes, 10-15min walk from the tram and in an ideal spot perfect for getting out into nature with Chorlton and Sale Waterpark right by the house!
It’s a lovely terraced house with a cute garden that we spend lots of time out in, a shared living room and kitchen downstairs and the three of us share a main bathroom on the middle floor, with a toilet just off the kitchen too. There’s also a room with a spare bed for friends to stay in that we use as the ‘laundry room’.

A spacious and bright attic bedroom, with its own bathroom and two big velux windows! The attic floor would be private to you - we never find ourselves going up there as we rarely clash on bathrooms, we joke that it’s the penthouse up there!! The room came unfurnished but can be left furnished - price to be discussed with Will as everything in there was bought by him ☺️

About us
Maddy & Sarah (both 26) are both F2 doctors, Maddy has a job lined up for the year in Liverpool and Sarah will be off for a job in Aus come November. Denty works in the medical industry and met the other two playing rugby in Didsbury! We now also all play tag rugby and Maddy plays Netball too! We’re a super social house, obviously also have plenty going on so aren’t always all home but love a yap in the living room and hang out downstairs when we’re all home! We love cheeky walks and pub trips too! Looking for someone easy going, friendly and obviously respectful of shared spaces and awareness of night shifts for the girls. LGBTQ+ friendly please 🫶🏻
