The flat itself is a 2 bed 1 bathroom property. With a separate living room and kitchen. There's also a separate bathroom and toilet (luxury, I know) and the flat is a maisonette therefore, the bedrooms are upstairs.
It's a moment away from Chorlton staples such as Barbakan Bakery, 99 Reasons and Unicorn Grocery.
It's a 7/10 minute walk from Chorlton tram stop. 2 minute walk to the 86 bus straight to piccadilly. There is free street parking outside the flat.
The current flat dynamic is quiet, respectful and independent and would love for the new flatmate to continue this as the current dynamic works super well. Looking for someone whose up for a chat and friendly and the odd pub/concert/shopping day ect. but our lives are not intertwined.
Having an arts practice or interest in the arts would be lush as the flat is currently a creative household. Work from home isn't massively ideal but open to conversations around this.
The flat is unfurnished therefore the new flatmate will need to provide their own bed, there will be some other furniture in the room left by previous tenants such as the wardrobe (just out of shot) other peices tbc.
