Join Our Wholesome House Share in Chorlton 🌈🫛✨

hello!! We’re looking for a new housemate for our house share in chorlton.
Location:
We’re near Longford park and turning moss playing fields so super close to some lovely green spaces. We’re about a 15 minute walk to chorlton tram stop and 12 mins to stretford, close to the 23/25/150 bus route as well.
The Gaff:
You’d be living with one couple and 2 girls in their late twenties. We’re all friends so we’d really like someone friendly and social! We frequent the local chorlton pubs, rummage in the range and the makers market together. We love a craft (big on the paper mache), a shared meal, a walk and a forage or watching a film together!
We do have the occasional party but we’re not an afters house.
We’ve got a big front yard and backyard, which we grow veg and flowers in, the front is perfect for a paddling pool in the summer.

The room is at the back of the house and looks out onto the backyard so it’s a really lovely green view. You see a lot of squirrels through the windows and wake up to bird song most mornings!
The room comes with a bed frame, mattress and some shelves. It can get a bit chilly in winter but we’re pretty liberal with the heating!

We have one cat, his name is cheddar, and a tortoise Marley (he keeps to himself).

We’re looking for a friendly, kind, considerate house mate. We want someone clean and mindful that we all share the space and it takes a communal effort to keep it lovely for everyone.
