Looking for someone to replace me as a tenant, ideally starting from August but could start the tenancy on 1st September. The flat is shared with a 28 year old female nurse, who is lovely and really clean/tidy. I've lived here for over a year since moving to Manchester and it's been a great little place to be while settling into the city, and I'm now moving in with a friend.
