🏡 ROOM AVAILABLE – 6TH OCTOBER

One of our housemates is heading back home to Australia 🥲, so we’re looking for someone to take over their room in our house share in Chorlton from 6th October. The room can either come furnished for a price or unfurnished will just need to be arranged prior to moving in.

📍 Location:

The house is in a super convenient spot — right near Chorlton tram station and directly opposite Morrisons. It’s around 15 minutes into the city, with plenty of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants nearby.

🤌🏼The house:

You’ll be living with myself and 3 other Aussies, all in our early/mid 20s. It’s currently an all guys but we’ve had a girl live with us in the past and she’s happy to answer any questions for the girls. The house was newly renovated when we moved in November last year and also has quite a nice spacious backyard that gets the afternoon sun.

💰 Rent & bills:

• £480 rent per month

• Around £600 per month including bills

• 1 month’s rent as deposit

🫂 About us:

We’re all quite sociable and easy to get along with, tidy, clean and respectful. We all work Monday-Friday 3 of us as tradesman and 1 in Health. Outside of work, we’re into travelling, going for a pint, fitness and exploring Manny.

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, clean and still keen to have a house night out/dinner/coffee but can still respect everyone’s space
