Double room to rent in terraced house in Chorlton

Hello! I have a double room to rent in my house in Chorlton. The room is bright and spacious with plenty of storage space. The house itself is a 3-bed property, so there is a double bed in the spare room for guests. The living room and kitchen are well-equipped for drinks and dinner parties, and the BBQ in the garden is ideal for the summer.

I am a secondary school teacher, so tend to have fairly quiet evenings during the week (the children can smell weakness - especially in the form of a hangover!), meaning that Friday and Saturday are usually nights out.

My house has just gone on on the market (time for some countryside for me) with an eye to hopefully moving house in August. My housemate is moving out at the end of April, so the spare room is available for a short let. As I am unable to guarantee a contract length (at least 3 months though), and there will be property viewings during the let, I have reduced the rent. I would be happy to talk about a Monday to Friday let too.

The house is perfectly located for the centre of Chorlton, just a 5 minute walk from the 4-banks crossroad, 10 from Beech Road, 5 to Firswood tram stop and 10 minutes to Chorlton tram stop.
